MWL Posting Guidelines

MWL is pleased to provide space on its website for upcoming legal and community events, as well as volunteer opportunities, which may be of interest to our members.  MWL will do its best to post your community group's listing in a timely manner. 

Please note the following requirements when submitting a posting request:

1. All posting requests must be submitted via e-mail (in the body of the e-mail or as a Word attachment) to mwl@mwlawyers.org.
    
2. Posting requests must include specific contact information for website viewers to gain further information on the event or project.  At a minimum, contact information should include the name of a specific contact person, organization name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
    
3. Posting requests are strictly limited to a 150 word text description.  Photos, logos, or graphics will not be accepted.
    
4. Posting requests must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the date of the event or associated deadline.
    
5. Any submissions which do not meet the above requirements will not be posted.
    

Note:  Inclusion of an event or volunteer opportunity description on this website does not imply Minnesota Women Lawyer's endorsement or sponsorship.  MWL reserves the right to decline any submission for posting; MWL further reserves the right to remove any posting, at any time.
