months of January, April, July and October.
With the
exception of the inside back cover, all ads are black and white. Color
advertising may be available on inside back cover (4 color process), if space
allows. Call MWL for further information on color advertising opportunities.

All ads must be provided in
JPEG, TIFF or EPS file formats (EPS files must be provided on Macintosh
compatible floppy disk or ZIP disk). QuarkXPress files preferred. Please
“collect for output” and provide all fonts used.
Classified Advertising
Rates
Classified ads are charged at $.50
per word ($30 minimum). Copy must be in final format. Sending copy via e-mail is
preferred.
Order Instructions and Closing Dates
With
Equal Right is published quarterly
(January, April, July, and October). All orders and materials must be received
in the MWL office by the deadline listed below.
Advance payment of first insertion required on initial ad placements.
For advertisements beyond one issue,
MWL will repeat last previous copy published which will fill space ordered if
the new copy is not received before the due date.
