MWL Members on the Move

January 2010:

Ronda Bayer has joined Liberty Diversified International as its Vice President and General Counsel.  Previously, she was with The Valspar Corporation and a partner at Fredrikson and Byron.

Susan Burns has started a new law firm, Dynamical DiscoverySM a firm that provides clients large and small with a solution for managing litigation. The Minneapolis-based law firm focuses on the people who make up the document review team, not just the technology of discovery.  Dynamical Discovery provides on-going support and training in both the law and technology that is relevant to each case.

Lisa Bayley has opened a solo practice, Bayley Law, LLC in Red Wing. Bayley Law, LLC provides criminal defense, mediation/arbitration, small litigation, particularly involving land use and zoning, orders for protection, legal advice for non-profit organizations, and general legal work for individuals.

Adina Bergstrom is a new attorney with the firm Hammargren & Meyer P.A.  Adina will utilize her experience with residential and commercial construction claims in the representation of homeowners and commercial property owners and developers — in cases ranging from claims of defective construction and water intrusion to warranty and breach of contract issues. She is a member of the Construction Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
